What a busy day filled with fun activities and running around! But, at 9:00, I say lights out and let's put our youngest to bed. So, I turn out the lights, my candy bowl is emptied and here comes a caravan of three cars. Out come three families including two adults. I find more candy and smile and say Happy Halloween. Hello? Here's a dollar, go buy a whole bag of candy and get your 2 year old in the bed! Then there was a 1979 buick parked front of my house for the next half hour and since no one ever knocked on my door, I wondered where these people were! I like my privacy, well, at home, although I expose myself right here!

We also had some "interesting" trick-or-treaters. We had some sketchy-looking adults. We usually keep our very vocal German Shepherd away from the door since she goes nuts when the doorbell rings, but she managed to get to the door before me. I don't mean to judge the trick-or-treaters, but they were kind of trying to look in the inside of our house when we were at the door. You just never know about people these days. I can honestly say that this was one time that I was glad our guard girl made her presence known! :) Have a wonderful weekend!
We turned our lights off at 9:00 too. Of course, that didn't stop some people from ringing the
bell :(
Lights off=no more trick-or-treaters, what don't people understand?!?
LOL-that costume is cracking me up. So cute.
That costume is hilarious!!!
Yep, I turn the lights off at 8:30. Hey, I have kids to bathe, glitter to scrub off, and my kids' candy to eat! ;)
