Cute Finds..Part II

The giraffe bag was only $5.99 at Old Navy. Today was a friend's birthday, although I didn't make it to the party. Sorry, but I'm a working girl now. (does not stop working mom neighbor to call and ask to pick up her children and feed them a snack, etc. though) The towel I found at Belk's..yoohoo...for $14.99 on sale from $20.00. I have seen some fabuloso towels this year. Walmart has some great ones too! I bet Old Navy could come up with some fab printed ones! The monogram on my friend's towel is from my old machine. Of course, I would have monogrammed the bag if I had my other machine. Just waiting on mine to be fixed. What's $500.00 more in repair costs?

That is such a great gift! I have never been in Belk, but often wanted to. Now I'm on a mission for one of those towels. :)

Great gift! I wish I could monogram. Everytime I see your gifts...I probably would save myself a lot of money. But, then with the $$ of fixing your machine...maybe not. Anyways, you do a great job and your gifts are always so ctue.

Hi I want to know what kind of embroidery machine you use to monogram your bags? I am timidly lurking into the world of monogramming to add to my line of bags that I sell. Can a home sewing/embroidery machine monogram larger totes? In other words, do you own a commercial machine or do you use a home model? Thanks! I love reading your blog!

palmetto pouches..unless you plan to sew also, I would recommend an industrial machine. brother has a new one that is an embroidery only but smaller to fit at home. i may look into it after i pay my repair bill for my other!

Workin' that Preppy...No, I don't sew, so the embroidery only would work. Do you know the name of the Brother home one? I checked into a Brother pr620 industrial machines and you are looking at like $7,000-$8,000!! Yikes!
