Yes, I was an Atlanta Falcon's Cheerleader. As you can see from the picture, the Falcon's PR Dept. tried for a new look and had collegiate style cheerleaders. It did not go over too well. I am 4th from left!
Good times! And, big money...I think we were paid $50.00 a game! Just out of college, I had a ball!

How fun! You do realize that the players were only made to play a game so that the real stars (the cheerleaders) could perform, right? At least that's the way I always looked at it! My parents used to have UK season tickets, and my Cabbage Patch Kid and I wore matching UK cheer uniforms--complete with the same Converse shoes the cheerleaders had to the games. Until I was 18, I didn't realize there was even a game being played. ;) That pic is too fun! Have a great day!
