We finally return to school tomorrow and I may finally do what I resolved to do! No more Cheeto Puffs, Cookies, late-night snacking, Bonefish, Provinos, etc......Self Control ! One item I can't give up is half and half in my coffee. This pic is today's inspiration...

Self control sucks. Let's call it being aware. I'll tell you, just from doing weight watchers, I have caught myself mindlessly eating so many times! I stop myself and ask? Is it worth it? Sometimes it is (wine!) Sometimes not!
Move it over sister because I need to get in the boat with you! I was trying on some clothes the other day and caught a glimpse of my big ole butt in the three way mirror! I just stood there thinking please let there be another woman in here with me/where in the heck did that come from!! Daughter goes back tomorow..send off dinner tonight then no more excuses for me!
I'm totally with you, especially regarding the half and half. I'll never be able to give that up.

Ahhh, the baked cheeto's are quite good and healthy and you feel like your being bad! I bought the 100 calorie pack of the cheeto's asteroids and ate the whole thing... 600 calories later. YIKES!
